Have done very clean paleo for a month. No alcohol, no sugar. Few carrots, mushrooms, cauli, broccoli, zucchini.
A very few pieces of fruit.
I have lost 14 .2 lbs so far which is great.
Question. Should I carry on exactly the same or adjust what, or the amount I am eating to ensure weight loss continues.
I have between 36 and 50 lbs to lose.
