Thanks for your reply Avelin. Here it goes. All I cook with is Olive Oil. I eat alot of arugala with just Olive Oil and Salad Vinegar and salt to taste. I normally will either eat chicken breasts (i dont like dark meat) or beef (fajitas, sirloin, ground beef). As far as the veggies go, I eat frozen green beans, or the frozen california medley, frozen broccoli. Here is an example from food journal:
Breakfast
3 scrambled eggs
5 pieces of bacon
Snack
Orange
Lunch
Ground Beef mixed with California Medley Vegetables
Salad
Snack
Banana
Dinner
2 Chicken Breasts
California Medley Vegetables
Snack
Banana
Water....water....and more water. No tea. No coffee.
Am I doing it all wrong?
