I would like to see your opinion about my diet:
I'm a 35 years old guy, 5' 10'' tall, 200 lbs, physically active. My blood pressure is 145/90

. This is the main reason why started Paleo diet 2 weeks ago. Usually I eat sardines, scrambled eggs with sausage/bacon for breakfast with veggies with paleo bread(flaxseed,sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sesame seed). I eat lots of veggies and fruits as well. I also eat lots of animal fat and meat. I now don't consume grains, rice, potato etc.
My question is:
1.How much animal fat is still good for health?
2.Paleo bread?
