Blood Test Results
« on: August 30, 2010, 12:12:57 PM »
I've been Paleo for ~5 months and I was kinda nervous since I once followed the low-fat diet.

Cholesterol, Total = 188
HDL Cholesteral = 82
Triglycerides = 33
LDL-Cholesterol = 99

And to think I had 3-4 pieces of bacon and 4-5 eggs as my meal 12 hrs prior to this test.

Yeah I have been eating eggs by the boxful for sometime now and my mother who is a nurse kept insisting that my cholesterol would be off the scale.  I had it tested and it was fine.
