I have been kinda of doing the "blood type" diet, along with paleo as I am type O and it fits in very well.
The only things I am wondering is cauliflower and cabbage. I read it is due to the "acidity" of the items, and I recall the Paleo for Athletes mentioning the acidity issue in foods, related to recovery I believe.
Is this reason sufficient enough to avoid certain foods, or am I eliminating some tasty items from my diet, for no apparent reason. I am eating peppers and tomatoes (not a lot) so maybe concern about cauli is unfounded.
