Seriously, I weighed myself this morning and was down to 118.5 lbs. And that was after having breakfast and going poo. I'm trying to stay at 120.

If you feel healthy at 118, I wouldn't worry about the exact numbers.  Your healthy weight is the weight you are at when eating healthy.

Kim, don't waste away...  Also, don't forget to eat. Maybe eat small bits more often.  I know it is a pain to carry around stuff to eat but...it really helps.  Almonds and pecans are great in a pinch...

I bring food to work with me for my breakfast (which I eat mid-morning) and lunch, as well as snacks. Cantaloupe, apples, nuts, eggs, I have on hand in case I get hungry. Maybe I'm just freaking out a little too much about it. The last time I weighed 118 was probably back in 2002, lol. Man, it does feel good not having "bingo wings" (loose underarm skin) or my thighs rub together when I walk.

@ LeeHearts--there's not nearly enough fat in your breakfast! I wouldn't worry so much about calories, it's about the protein:carb:fat ratios that are important. Aim for 50-60% fat, 30% protein & 20% carbs. Instead of steak, eat some thick sliced bacon, then cook some eggs in the bacon grease. Eat more than 1Tbsp of almond butter. If you fry anything, use coconut oil instead of cooking spray. Marbled steaks are great because the fat is distributed throughout the meat when you cook it, so it's not as if you have to bite into a huge chunk of fat.

Ok I officially cleaned out my part of the fridge(I have 3 roommates). Got rid of almost everything but the paleo foods. And yes..even my dear beloved peanut butter, almond butter, and sunbutter. I had to get rid of ALL of them. I can eat all of them with a spoon till no end. It was for the better. Plus my goal is to lose body fat so I need to get used to not eating them all the time.
