Hello everyone!

My name is Paul. Iím a 5í7Ē, 32-year old male.
Six weeks ago I weighed 200 lbs, which is heavy for my age and height.
For six weeks Iíve been on a juice fast. Iíve been drinking only vegetable-based juices.
Iím very happy with the results, my overall health has gotten better and Iíve lost 20 lbs.

This, obviously, is not sustainable as I canít go through life just consuming liquids.
In two weeks Iíd like to go back to a normal diet, but I am really apprehensive that Iíll gain all the weight back, especially when Iíll still be heavy for my height.

I would appreciate greatly and love to get some guidance.
What can I eat to not only prevent bouncing back, but also keep losing weight?

Is paleo for someone like me?

Thanks,
Paul

Honestly, I feel like Paleo is for everyone. Cut sugar, eat whole, real foods, meat, veggies, seeds, nuts, fruit, and move your body.

Eating real food is, imo, the biggest key to health.

First of all, thanks for your reply!!

Do you think, though, that I'll bounce back?
I'm terrified of that.

I personally don't think you will gain weight back just as long as you keep your body active and excercise
