I'm a very fit person, do P90X and triathlon sports,
I've tried to keep daily calories around 1600. But I'm hungry. And suffering from the "low carb flu" I guess cos I'm lethargic. Can't get thru the workouts. Been tracking religiously - macros are 50% fat, 23% protein, 27% carbs.Any help?
Why do you think I'm so thirsty? I drink only water - (no coffee, alcohol, soft drinks, or juice), about 64-96 oz per day. Wondering if dehydration is contributing to the high heart rates.
It doesn't get much less paleo than whey protein powder - it's dairy, which isn't paleo, and highly processed, also not paleo. Try switching that out for real food and see how you feel. If it's not helping you, ditch it.
