I started off a roughly 15.5, and weighted 14.8 this morning, been on it since about the 4, so 11 in 10 days or so
but to be honest I am not 100% on it, as still have a little bit of milk in tea, and the odd sweet and chocolate bar, bacially I drink water, cut out bread and most processed food, Ie macdonalds and take away, eat a lot of bacon and eggs, mushrooms, plus been having burgers
