How much weight did you loose on week 1?  And then on week 2?

I am in my 1st week.  Friday will be the last day of the first week.  I am looking at 5lbs weight lost so far.  How did you do?

I started off a roughly 15.5, and weighted 14.8 this morning,  been on it since about the 4,  so 11 in 10 days or so

but to be honest I am not 100% on it, as still have a little bit of milk in tea, and the odd sweet and chocolate bar,  bacially I drink water,  cut out bread and most processed food, Ie macdonalds and take away,  eat a lot of bacon and eggs, mushrooms,  plus been having burgers

I lost about 10 pounds in my first few weeks, if I recall.

On my first week I lost a whopping 6lbs and was feeling pretty good about it, but on the second week it was just about 3lbs. I was told it was normal to lose weight pretty quickly in the first few weeks because you're only losing water weight, but it's better to not just focus on food intake but also in keeping the body active.

I lost about 1.7kg and am small built. It has plateaued now in the third week, but have been down with a bad cold and not exercising. I aim to be back on track with my exercise schedule today as am going to the gym. I think it's best not to overexert yourself at the gym till the point you're absolutely ravenous. It's better to do the right amount of exercise so that you don't wreck your diet.

Yes.  I think most of the 10 pounds in my first week or two was mostly water weight.  I lost an additional 5-10 pounds over the next 6 months, but I  only had 15-20 pounds of excess weight in the first place.
