I have heard that it is better to eat small meals throughout the day and feast heavy at night? Is this true?
You've probably heard about warrior-diet or intermittent fasting. With paleo eating there's two main camps:
a) Eat when you are hungry.
b) Practice intermittent fasting and force yourself to eat erratically, sometimes several hours (16 - 24) apart.
(b) is mostly recommended to those who have trouble losing weight, and to everyone at least once in a while.
