Breakfast
Bacon, Eggs and Mushrooms, pan fried. No oil used, did the bacon first then did the eggs in the excess fat that came off the bacon, Mushrooms I did in butter.

Lunch
Couldn't catch anything so went hungry :)

Dinner
Was on the go, so quickly shelled and ate a bowl of cooked prawns.

Drinks
Throughout the day, I drank several cups of coffee, sweetened with honey.

Breakfast
Bacon and Eggs again. :)

Lunch
Unable to catch anything.

Dinner
Made a meat pie, filling was Beef Mince, Bacon, Salad Onion, mixed herbs, Onion Salt and Pepper. The pastry was where I let the side down, I...I...I used grain flours.......  I'm so ashamed. :) ( Using up all the old food stuffs and replacing them as we do, with paleo foodstuffs ).
Boiled then braised Cabbage with bacon mixed through it and.....
Cauliflower with a cheese sauce. (I am allowing dairy)
While definitely not paleo I believe I could do this again using all paleo ingredients.

Drinks
Coffee with honey sweetener, ( my daughter just got me a jar of Honey from her schools apiary, haven't tried it yet, clover based I think and apparently very sweet ).

You seem to skip lunch a lot

Curious if it's on purpose

Food sounds good man some really tasty stuff

Try buying more meat though since you can't eat it if you don't buy it

Breakfast
Large portion of last nights pie, it was a big pie. (I cooked up about 1.5kg of mince and only used half of it).

Lunch
Munched out on Dried Apricots throughout the day.

Dinner
My wife decided not to eat, and my daughter and I had the leftover pie mince as a stew, very chunky. :)

Drinks
The usual Coffee with honey.

I have pretty much always skipped lunch. Just don't feel like eating until late in the afternoon, which means I have an early dinner, between 4 and 6 pm.

I have plenty of meat, I'm still figuring out meals. I just started cooking regularly when I decided to go paleo, normally I only cook about 3-4 times a year and plan it out well in advance.
Lets see, I have Steak, Bacon, Steak and Kidney mix, Lamb hearts, liver and kidney, pork chops, pork roast and a lamb roast. So I've got the meat just need to work out what I am doing with it, I have to cater to my wife and daughters tastes as well as mine.
I'll probably make a stew out of the leftover mince from the pie.

Where are all the fruits and vegetables? I'll stir it up a bit:

Breakfast: one mango and some pre-pack beef jerky (too much sodium, yech)
Snack: raw not-meatloaf made from portobellos, walnuts, parsley and carrots with raw catsup
Lunch: green salad with zucchini, tomato, broccoli sprouts, purple onion, lemon and olive oil
Snack: Larabar
Dinner: green salad with radish/clover sprouts, 1/2 avocado, tomato, wild-caught shrimp, lemon, cayenne and olive oil
Snack: grass-feed hamburger patty with raw catsup, too much white wine

Wednesday 30-08-2006
Breakfast
Ham Steaks with pineapple on top.

Lunch
The rabbit got away. :)

Dinner
Pork Rashers basted with Natural Honey, Mashed Potato and Roasted Pumpkin.
(need to do some more green veges I think)

Rich and Chris,
Yes Mince is ground beef, if it is not beef it is usually just identified as Pork Mince, Minced Mutton, etc.
Steak and Kidney is just diced Beef and Kidney, already mixed for cooking.

Melissa,
I'm still new to cooking every night for a family, the only time I did a lot of cooking was when I was single and then it was "Bachelor Cooking" i.e. Fried or Boiled.
I'll pick it up as I go along, adding more vegetables is in the plan.
I do eat a carrot, apple, banana, mandarine, etc when I get home, usually while I'm preparing dinner.
