My daily diet;
« on: January 12, 2012, 06:42:55 AM »
I usually don't eat breakfast unless it's a couple of paleo cookies. Around 8:00 I have a bare burger cooked in garlic and seasonings.  Then around 11 ish I will have broccoli with a little (cheese) or butter mixed in. Sometimes I will have cauliflower with a ground up pork braut.  Then in the early afternoon I will eat something liked venison cooked with broccoli or occasionally a sweet potato.  Then I don't want anything for the rest of the day.  Am I eating too much? Too little? And am I eating the right things?

I drink water all day long.

If you are not feeling hungry or tired, then you are eating enough.  Note that you may need more once you reach your stable weight and are no longer drawing on your body's reserves.

The meat and vegetables are fine.  Sweet potatoes, cheese, and butter are not really paleo, though grass finished butter doesn't seem to be much of a problem for most people.  You don't say how much fat is on your meat, but full fat meat - say 75% lean for the burger - is generally ideal if you can get it.

it's a couple of paleo cookies.

What is this cr@p? Paleo cookies? What are they made of?

The answer to whether you are eating enough, is: as long as you are eating 100% paleo, eat if you are hungry, stop if you are not.
Any idiot can get on a treadmill and watch TV and then take great pride in the fact they've exercised.
