Newbie
« on: February 23, 2017, 06:35:07 PM »
Hi. I am new to this forum and I recently been recommended to start the Paleo lifestyle by my naturopath. I have several food sensitivities and I'm struggling to find a balance where I feel good. If you would recommend one food as your #1 go-to, what would it be?

I have sensitivities to gluten, dairy, sugar, pork, soy and kiwi.

Grass-fed/finished beef. You can practically live on this alone.

Just what I was going to say.  Full fat unless you are trying to lose weight.

Thanks! I know full fat beef is good. I'm wondering though how regularly to eat it, daily, 3x week, less?

I usually eat it every day, sometimes every meal.
