Paleo will definitely make you healthier, even with as much whole fruit as you want. You might have to skip protein at breakfast if you want to avoid meat and eggs, as protein powder is not paleo.
Whether you will lose weight depends on whether you are a man or a woman. If you are a man, and if you are significantly overweight, you will lose it, though it may take a while. If you are a woman, you may need to cut down on the fruit, or even cut it out temporarily.
