Pre Bedtime snack/meal.

Any ideas for a pre bed (sweet) snack? I am finding that I'm really hungry before bed, and am eating too many nuts!

Spoonful of coconut oil, and you're done! :) The all natural organic stuff is so much like coconut candy, sometimes its hard for me to resist.

simple - eat a bigger, fattier dinner

Failing that - toasted coconut, coconut cream, spoon of ghee, pork scratchings

Are you actually hungry or just used to snacking?

If hungry then eat more at dinner or eat dinner later.

If sometimes you just need something, try some kind of a hot drink with coconut milk.
