Ranch dressing alternative for dipping vegetables?
« on: August 13, 2015, 07:02:26 AM »
Pretty straight forward. I'd like to eat more raw vegetables but ranch really helps with that for me. I'm gonna guess that since ranch is mostly soybean oil that it's not the preferred dip. What have you guys found that works for you?

Yeah, doesn't that suck?
Even "fancy" dressings the first or 2nd ingredient is soybean oil.

ugh...

Many of us use oil/vinegar at times...

Personally if I'm not in the mood to eat vegetables without dip, I don't eat them.  You don't need much if you get enough meat.
