I take 1 TBS. a day of Carlson's CLO. I have tried other brands, including the green pastures raw fermented clo, and nothing has given me the results that Carlson's does. I feel like it balances my hormones based on symptoms like those for adrenal fatigue, hypothyroid, estrogen dominance all seem to improve. The most outwardly noticeable difference though is in my skin. The texture becomes really soft, moist and smooth in color (like no redness or blotchy areas). I take this as a sign that good things are happening inside as well. Skin really seems to be a window to our internal health.

I use omega 3 eggs to balance that fraction of my meat that isn't grass fed.

i will ask a stupid quetion now - what is an omega 3 egg and where do i get them ?

Get these eggs from chickens that eat their natural diet.  And that there is a male chicken to supply real sperm.  So that the egg is fertilized and capable of becoming a chick.  Essentially, a REAL EGG.

I eat these fertilized eggs raw all the time.
I'm on Raw Paleo diet but I have kids to feed on cooked paleo diet.

Sorry, I missed this question.

Omega 3 and omega 6 fats are essential fatty acids - fatty acids that the human body cannot make from scratch - that are needed in the proper proportions for good brain function.  The proportion of omega 3 and omega 6 fats that we need is somewhere between 1:1 and 1:4.

The fats in grains have an omega 3:6 ratio generally around 1:20 or higher.  Commercial eggs come from chickens fed on grains, and their eggs also generally have an omega 3:6 ratio of around 1:20.  Having such a low omega 3:6 ratio causes various problems with brain development and function; for example, it's associated wth depression.

Omega 3 eggs are eggs from chickens fed a diet that's high in omega 3 fats - typically it includes a lot of flax seed - so that the eggs themselves are also high in omega 3 fats.  Typically omega 3 eggs have an omega 3:6 ratio of more than 1:2.
