Rodents are good eats...

Actually, I have no idea unless rabbits count and I don't think they do.  :P

Any squirrel eaters out there? Rat? Capybera? Etc.

Wouldn't mind roasting one of these - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capybara

I've eaten guinea pig, that was tasty. I've also eaten a lot of street meat in brazil, argentina and mexico so one must assume I've eaten rat, monkey etc.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

'Anecdotal Evidence' is an oxymoron.

Are people eating nurtias AKA coypus? They're basically big river rats with orange incisors.

Grasscutters are a delicacy in West Africa.

Squirrel meat is a rare treat for the older generations in my family! They love it. You don't get it much any more, but every now and then they might go hunt a squirrel. There are lots of 'folk' that still eat squirrel!

Well if you like rat, living in New York would be GREAT for your food budget!

Anything in the family "Rodentia" counts as a rodent. Rabbits are rodents. The defining characteristic of a rodent are the two prominent incisors that never stop growing.

*slaps head* that's right. Rabbits always threw me for a loop. Those darned lagomorphs with those crazy hind legs. Just looked it up, and apparently the main reason they are not classified as rodents is because they have two sets of front incisors.

Did you know they were lagomorphs off the top of your head suze?  Well done if you did.
