I am 6'2" with big bones structure and 240 LBS.
I am eating 98% Paleo diet, no carbs at all, and I am not hungry.
I can see my body changes and little of size changes but not weight loss.
Everyone tells me I look good, but I need to get lighter for my tennis practice.
My work out is 3 times full body workout with light weights, 2 times cross fit, and Tennis on the weekends.
I did Vegan diet before switching to Paleo for 7 weeks, and lost almost 10 pounds, also my Cholesterol level dropped from 220 to 148 during my Vegan diet.

Paleo tends to raise HDL, or "good cholesterol", at least if the fats you eat are animal fats.  Also, as far as all cause mortality is concerned, a cholesterol rating of 220 is right  in the middle of the sweet spot of 200-240 that minimizes the chances of dying:
