We can't all be perfect here so I was wondering what everyone's achilles heel is when it comes to food. What non-paleo food items do you eat whether it be a special occasion, once in a while or once a week for that matter. I haven't been eating paleo for long but here they are:Beer (only really good beer, and we brew our own which makes it even harder)desset (specifically cheesecake and ice cream)sushi - a rare treat, I like sashimi, but having a big dynamite roll (tuna and avocado) is so satisfying
Aha, the Hornsby's that is why I had a 1 pound gain after having just one last week!!!! Good to know. I am not sure I can get any other cider up here, will have to check it out.But, my cheats: occasional alcohol- I try to stick with wine, like mer lot but I do like a good cider too, dark chocolate, coffee, dairy, sweet potatoes and occasionally ice cream.
