Quinoa

So, a health food store I work at is going to start carrying these new raw wraps because they're delicious, fold well, and are overall healthy.

You can checkout the link to see what the wraps are. Someone mentioned they were paleo, and I questioned it because they have quinoa. Quinoa is not strict paleo, correct? I know it's technically a seed, but it has grain-like properties which is why I thought it wasn't..
Just thought I'd question it on here and see what your thoughts are on quinoa and paleo.

Hi there.  See this quote:

"So, quinoa, while it is technically gluten-free and better for you than most grains, is definitely NOT paleo. You'll want to avoid quinoa for a few reasons namely because of the digestive issues it can cause and because of its high carbohydrate content."
