I currently do crossfit 5 times a week with of course 2 rest days. Unless I'm feeling froggy.I'm about 98-99% paleo. I just want to know how to cut body fat a bit faster. Everything seems to just be stuck in my stomach and chest area.My body composition goal is 8-11 percent BF.Can anyone help me out?

I do crossfit 4 times a week and eat Paleo 80% and slowly its working. Crossfit is great WOD and it works. Does that mean that 4 meals you eat paleo and the 5th you have fettuccine alfredo?

And I only use the milk for my coffee...unless I'm feeling froggy and want it all black.And thanks for the person that does CF. I scale up most of the time now. We did sprint, power clean, burpees yesterday. And of course wanted to die in those 10 minutes of working out...haha
Hi,,, Its not a one day goal and requires some time to achieve this.Unfortunatley the best and fastest way to eliminate fat (esp off the lower body) is running. I know, I hate running, too, but it is the absolute best way.
I hate to break it to you Jim, as an endurance athlete, first hand experience tells me that steady state/endurance training is the least effective way to burn fat. Building lean body mass is #1!http://alwyncosgrove.com/2010/01/hierarchy-of-fat-loss/
