Fist off the complexes are cool! I had fun adding up the #'s you move per min.  ;D


Secondly...

... hmm, I wonder if I have aggravated my piriformus by sitting at work with my leg on my knee and doing a sitting figure 4?  Might be better off just leaving it alone?

If you decide to try and stretch it I do a yoga dvd and the guy mentions the priformus...I'd never heard of it before so when you mentioned it I know the yoga stretch for it is called pigeon pose. Modify however needed but it stretches a LOT.

you're right to talk about workout, but to really get healthy you need to add diet to the ecuation. I tried the tips I read about on www.spamlink.c0m and it has been a real help. I really recommend it.  ;)

thanks, i've been looking for more ideas for these, i just started including a simple complex i came up with myself.
