I don't like my meat juicy, it just grosses me out, so I usually cook in an oven for 30 minutes on 450 degrees 3 hamburgers daily and was wondering if this changes the protein content/ fat content/ caloric intake?

It probably melts a lot of the fat out of them, but you could pour most of the drippings off into a measuring cup to see how much is lost.

When cooked, fat turns into a liquid and can indeed "remove itself" by running out. That's called rendering. Some will stay in the ball, though, and it can burn if the cooking vessel gets too hot.
