I thought I'd start this topic (Exercises) with a post on my extremely supportive exercise companion. We go out walking most days and we love each other's company. Read some more about it here.

Mmm.... Exercise, haven't done much lately, tend to drive to work in winter, come home and sit in front of my PC till about midnight, then sleep and up for work again.
The rest of the time I usually ride my pushbike to and from work, distance varies, usually somewhere between 24 and 30km, each way.

Been doing some reading though which suggests that too much endurance work is not a good thing.
So am currently planning to do a light 2.5km run just before dinner to simulate chasing down a meal. :)
Have also seen a few fitness routines posted here with links which sound good.

Any comments on the endurance issue or anything else?
Suggestions would be welcome. :)
