It is sad how many women are afraid of getting bulky

I wouldn't be so concerned about it if I were 6 inches taller!  A 10.5" bicep (my current measurement) on a girl of 5'7'' looks very different to a 10.5" bicep on me at 5'1''.  It's a similar thing with my hips - they look a lot wider on me than they would on a taller girl.  I am desperate to avoid a 'short and wide' look!

Seriously, I suspect your waist is already smaller than on the Victoria's secret models.  Measuring pixels on photographs, those models are at waist to hip ratios of 91/136=0.66 and 86/125=0.69, while your photo at 114 pounds is at 102.8/157.2=0.65.

I love how analytical you are Warren!  The models of the 90s (like in the pictures) tended to be 34-26-36.  But again, 26 on a girl of 5'10'' looks a lot slimmer than 25" on me.

I reckon the absolute ultimate workout plan for a girl would be tabata thrusters 3x a week

I did these today after my yoga session and now I officially hate you!

Anyway my list of weights to do are

squats
weighted lunges
weighted hip thrusts
leg press
? chest press or chest fly, as I don't mind pectoral or upper back development, given the current size of my ribcage!

The most important factor with regards to attractiveness to men, is the waist to hip ratio.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

'Anecdotal Evidence' is an oxymoron.

There's a limit to how much muscle everyone can grow. The only way to escape that limit is drugs.
