
I know this should be in the Diet Forum, but I am looking for People who are on Paldo and workout. My workout program is great, but my diet needs help. I have been Paleo for almost 3 weeks now, I still get hungry a-lot, but over all feel better. Since the first two weeks are over, I have started to run and workout again. I am reading the book "Paleo Diet for Athletes". I was curious if anyone on this forum has read that book or is on a pretty good workout program and keeps on the Paleo Diet. I was wondering what some do for Pre/Post workout meals and or drinks. I am just looking for advice from anyone who has found a program that works through trial and error.
