Right now it's cherry season. I'm eating lots of grilled and bbq'd meat (lean) and a lot of fruit, berris, etc....
I'm squating 3x a week and doing single leg training (lunges, split squats) 3x per week. Training fullbody 6x per week, M,W,F submax but still fairly(60%-80% 1RM) heavy and moderately heavy 3x per week strength endurance with kettlebells.
In fall I'll taper down to 3 x per week of bodyweight, kettlebell and sandbag training. Decrease carbs and increase fat.
Winter I'm backcountry splitboarding nearly everyday. I try to weight train every 3rd day. Still primarily high protein moderate fat low carb
Spring is still winter here.
