I had severe knee pain for the past month after doing a running race that included a high bridge. It was really bad when I walked up and down stairs or after sitting for long periods. Then, I found Trigger Point Therapy for knee pain yesterday on YouTube. Today, the pain is almost gone. It's amazing. I had a knot in my quad where it attaches to the hip bone. I used a foam roller, golf ball, and thumb pressure and it was like night and day afterwards. I have been taking Animal Flex Packets and SuperCissus with no results, but my joints might be better with it. I wish I would have found out about Trigger Point Therapy a month ago. I could have saved money and pain. I love running races and I was almost to give up hope of running again.
