Strong SAFE back

Phil Stevens knows a thing or two about keeping a safe back while moving big weights.

Any serious fitness goal requires squatting and pulling some relatively big weights at some point in your progression. This good info for everyone who has real fitness goals.

Agree 100%.  I recently re-evaluated my techniques in the big olympic style lifts and have been focusing on that (while dropping my maxes slightly) the past couple weeks.

I already am seeing and feeling a difference in deadlift and squat.
