And phrakture, thanks for the shovelglove link.  I need to set a timer for 14 minutes and do some cleaning around here!   :D  It's amazing how much you can get done in what feels like a very short amount of time once you set that timer for yourself...

I think that's the magic of it - everyone things "14 minutes is NOTHING. I can concentrate for 14 minutes, no problem!" and thus you do it

Just wanted to update.  My circuit took me almost a half hour today, but was awesome.  I added a couple of things since the first time I tried it.  And I tried out the Tabata stuff today as well--just running in place (we've got lots of snow here, so I chose that.)  That was INSANE!  I felt like dying...So I know it's good!  Thankfully it's only 4 minutes or I don't see how I could get through it... :o

I'm just really excited about this--I swear I *already* see a difference in my yoga practice (in terms of strength/my abilities).  YAY!  You all rock!!  ;D

LOL!  :D   Not yet.  My only access to pull-up bars (well, monkey bars) right now are in playgrounds, and I'm just not going there yet--too cold and snowy here.  (I'm sure when I get to them I'll be starting w/ the modifications you mentioned though!)  I *should* look into buying one of those door hanging ones, but I'm kind of broke and feeling satisfied w/ all the good stuff you guys have already recommended.  I will SO tell you when I actually do a real pull up though!  (Did I mention I've NEVER done one in my life?  ::)  The idea of actually being able to do one is pretty wild to me and quite daunting...I'll be sure to keep you posted!!)

On a more positive note, today I did Tabata sprints outside in the snow (the sidewalks were too icy, but the snow on the lawn was solid enough for running on).  I still feel a bit nauseous from that--but in a productive, 'nausea w/ a purpose' way...   ;)
