Dinner for Tuesday, November 29th, 2011: Beef curry with creamed spinach.  I used beef, onion, garlic, bell pepper, bamboo shoots, turmeric, tarragon, cumin, and coconut milk.  It turned out pretty good.

Your food looks delicious, though to be honest I probably eat double the amount on my plate!

Ditto staralfur.

Just stumbled upon your food journal, and the pics look amazing :) Great job!

Dinner for Thursday, December 8th, 2011. Eggs Benedict and asparagus with Hollandaise sauce.  Instead of an English muffin, I used two hash brown patties, made with a grated potato, half a grated eggplant, and half a grated yellow onion.  Fried those in olive oil and topped each with a fried egg, bacon, and Hollandaise made with egg, lemon juice, turmeric, mustard powder, garlic powder, and olive oil.  Sprinkled chili powder on it to finish.

Dinner for Saturday, December 17, 2011: thin sliced pork chops, sautéed mustard greens, and pan fried mushrooms.  I pan fried the mushrooms in olive oil with diced onions and yellow bell pepper.  I rubbed the pork chops with a mix of paprika, ground white pepper, garlic powder, and celery seed.

Lunch for December 20th, 2011: baked salmon fillet and roasted asparagus.  I seasoned the salmon with chili powder, celery seed, dried oregano, and ground white pepper.

In other news, this is my 100th post.  So, I just gotta say that (with minor lapses) I've really enjoyed cooking paleo... hasn't gotten old yet.

Lunch for New Years Eve: pan-fried grouper, asparagus, and carrot-parsnip medley.  I pan-fried the fish is olive oil and lemon juice and added chili powder.  I also sprinkled fresh dill on the carrots and parsnips.  And no, I didn't redo my counter tops... I'm on vacation in St. George Island, Florida.  I bought the grouper off a fish truck, so fresh eats!  Happy New Year, everyone!
