Hey so Im making this for some help because recently after 2 weeks of paleo I had a major acne breakout. Any help would be great.

Day 1:
3 medium bananas
5 small oranges
200g of medjool dates
90/10 grass fed beef
40g brazil nuts

Day 2:
4 kiwi
1.3lbs all natural pork chops
4 small oranges
150g of medjool dates
2 eggs
45g of almonds

Day 3:
1.2lb 90/10 grass-fed beef
6 small oranges (they were cheap I couldn't help not buying tons of them)
110g of medjool dates
39g brazil nuts
1.2lbs all natural pork chops

I suppose the first suggestion would be dump the dates and eat a lot less fruit.

But it might be an idea to just wait and see, your skin will most likely settle down.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

'Anecdotal Evidence' is an oxymoron.

Certain sugary carbs make me break out, plus the cycle of monthly hormones (ugh). I eat lots of fruit and so far haven't any fruit-related breakouts, but white wine and bananas always do it to me.

I'd drop the dates (I'm guessing they're pitted and dried?). Eat some fresh figs in its place.

Sugary carbs will do the same to me, as will dairy (clarified butter I can do ok).  I'd cut the fruit first, as others suggested.  Are you having any milk or milk products?  Nuts can also break some people out.

A zinc supplement can help heal up the acne lesions a little faster.  Most people on paleo don't find this to be necessary, since eventually, diet alone usually fixes it up.

Nope the dates are sun ripened off the tree, not pitted and not processed in anyway. The reason I know its not them is because Ive gone paleo before just for a test run and my skin cleared up nicely even with the dates and other sugary fruits in my diet.

Different people react differently.  Your skin may tolerate sugary dried fruits well, but that doesn't mean Adam's does.

Although I completely agree with you warren, Kurite is right. They are sun ripened with no processing and I have also tested them with my skin because I thought it might be a problem but they had no bad effects on my skin either.
