Today:

B'fast:

2 small kiwis

2 scrambled eggs with onions and green pepper
2 pieces uncured turkey bacon
2 pieces pork bacon

snack:
walnuts and brazil nuts

Lunch:
Grilled chicken with mushrooms, onions, and zucchini

Dinner:
chicken sausage and peppers/onions

Dessert:
1 spoon ful of nutella and popcorn.... ahhhh. I need to get the temptation out of my house but I just can't bring myself to throw away the things that I spent money on. Money is tight as it is, I can't justify throwing food away just b/c I shouldn't eat it.

B'fast:
apple

3 scrambled eggs with coconut milk, cooked in bacon grease.
black tea with a smidge of honey

Lunch:
1/2 chicken breast w/ spinach dip (containing sour cream)
   *not the best option, but I'm running out of paleo food in my house!

snack:
3 brazil nuts and 7 walnuts

dinner:
thin sliced pork chops with spaghetti squash and carrots

snack:
that's up in the air... like I said, i'm running out of food...

B'fast:
tried a new recipe- 1 banana, pureed mixed with 2 eggs. Fried it up in coconut oil, pancake style. Add a little cinnamon. It was good. The consistency was a little different than traditional pancakes, but it was good and it was filling. Kept me satisfied for 4 hours.

Dinner:
something completely non-paleo  :-[

*still full from my non-paleo meal that I ate 5 hours ago... might have some cherry tomatoes later tonight if I get hungry. Still haven't gone shopping for my produce, but my freezer is stocked with meat!
