Wed 15th June

B black coffees

L 2 boiled eggs with some baked chicken, mesclun and a small piece of telegraph cucumber

D beef stew from last night with 4 good sized mushrooms added, steamed cauli on the side
and a bit later some hot fruit crumble

S chai teabag, chunk of coconut

Fruit crumble for several serves (no added sweetening)
Fruit: a smallish apple, a pear, cup of frozen raspberries but anything really
Topping: coconut oil rubbed into a mix of chopped nuts and shredded coconut
it won't go really hard and crunchy unless you use an egg/egg white
Precook fruit, put on topping bake until brown (topping cooks fast)

Mon 20th June

B - egg, leftocer cauli/brussels and chicken scramble, black coffee

L - coleslaw veg, tuna and tomato stock

D steak with bok choy, misome, spinach and mushroom

S black coffee, mandarin, a few asst nuts, hot apple & pear

Tomato stock - good for home made tomato soup if you just add stock/coconut milk

Onion, about 6 big tomatoes, one capsicum, a little garlic
parsley, marjoram, thyme, oregano, black pepper - but mixed herbs would work

cook up with a little vegetable or chicken stock and puree

I think beef stock would be good too

Sounds like you've been eating well. I don't agree with the black tea....simply because of the massive amounts of fluoride in it. Other than that, you've been doing very well! :)
