BlueSky's Paleo and StrongLifts "trim-down".

Hi all, new here, but not new to Paleo! Thought I'd start a thread to help keep me motivated and track my progress. I appreciate any and all advice.  ;D

Some stats: weight - 250lbs, height - little under 6foot, body fat - roughly 25%. Target is to trim down to 200-210lbs by end of the year.

Today's diet looks like this, my dinner is my post workout meal:

 - 6 egg omelet, 100g mushrooms, some bacon for flavour, bell pepper

 - Can mackerel, carrot sticks

 - 200g chicken breast, cooked in coconut oil, some veg (usually fennel, celery, , carrots, broccoli, etc), 100ml coconut milk

As far as my exercise goes, I do a 5x5 stronglifts 3 times a week. Example, yesterday I did:

Squats
DB Bench Press
Lateral pull downs
Deadlifts
DB Shoulder Press

The same muscle groups get done 3 times a week, but I do mix up the variety of each exercise, such as stiff legged deadlifts, lunges instead of squats, etc,...

Been eating paleo now for 3 weeks, but only just added the gym stuff. Wish me luck, and as I said all advice will be greatly appreciated!!
