mixed veggies roasted with EVOO
more pork roast

leftover stir fry (chicken, shrimp, veggies)
1/4 avocado
4 walnuts
1/4c coconut milk, 1 cup blueberries
pork roast (don't want to waste it!)
1/4 avocado
small glass green smoothie (organic Kale,collard greens, chard, cucumber)
1/2 banana, 2T almond butter (I haven't done fruit like this for awhile, but have had a difficult time at night and am using it just to get back on track!
