             11/16
2 omega eggs fried in coconut oil
1/2 quart green smoothie (Kale, Collard Greens, rainbow chard, spinach, celery, english cucumber.  All organic)

a little coconut milk heated in water with cinnamon (yummy!)

Pumpkin, eggs, a few blueberries and couple slices of banana (more carbs then I normally eat but I wanted to try the "pumpkin pancakes"  Not as good as I hoped!

 a few pieces of homemade jerky (grass fed beef)

mixed veggies roasted with olive oil

chicken, shrimp, and veggie "stir fry"

1.5 pieces of homemade wheat wheat bread with butter  :(  Dang!    Will try harder tomorrow!    

I have struggled the last 2 days with giving in to non-paleo foods in the evening. I am going to let myself add some fruit in the evenings for a couple of days like I did in the begining to see if it helps me get back on track!

pork roast w/ small amount of just cranberry sauce
mixed veggies roasted with EVOO

more pork roast :)

leftover stir fry (chicken, shrimp, veggies)
1/4 avocado

4 walnuts

1/4c coconut milk, 1 cup blueberries

pork roast (don't want to waste it!)
1/4 avocado
 
small glass green smoothie (organic Kale,collard greens, chard, cucumber)
1/2 banana, 2T almond butter (I haven't done fruit like this for awhile, but have had a difficult time at night and am using it just to get back on track!

11/18
I was really under the weather but ate the following
banana
walnuts/almonds

coconut milk

pork roast small glass green smoothie

rest of the chicken/shrimp stirfry


11/19
1/2 banana, almonds ( I was going to try for a workout but still felt too sick!)
pork roast

1 piece of jerky (grassfed beef but husband used soy sauce.)

chicken,veggie coconut curry
