You don't seem to eat a lot as it is are you sure you can cut out more nutrients?If I ate what you've been I would crash and burn and die every afternoon. Or my co-workers would be in danger of their lives...although I wouldn't recommend resorting to cannibalism, always gives me the shakes.Your sardines and mackerel sound like good ideas for snacking though, I might try adding those in.Good luck with the weekend approaching, smiley face.
Biljkeheser or whatever his name is with the cool caveman photo as his pic recommended a few times cutting out all nuts for weight loss. Although apparently I'm not allowed to get them in brine, olive oil only.Personally I'd say you're about as tiny as you are going to get without doing some damage. Stick with it.
