It's the moral judgement of the fat that bothers me. And the double standard of fat men being ok and fat women being THE WORST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD.

With no hunger! I love to think about the low cal studies in Taubes' book and how they went nuts.

I'm going to stop logging my food, unless I eat something odd & move to the dreaded progress threads. When I low carbed it was essential to track everything but after years of doing it I know what I can & can't have.

Good idea. Unless you start having issues, I wouldn't worry about logging your diet every day. How's the weight loss coming along?

Down another 2 lbs. I lost 50 pounds in 6 months on a mostly paleo diet a few years ago. For some reason it takes a while for me to start losing, maybe a 3-week lapse after starting a diet, but I don't stall.Moving in with my boyfriend was my undoing as far as good food went. We'd make and eat a batch of cookies at least twice a week. More than once I ate an entire cake in six hours. I can't blame him, but I have a bingeing problem. Like 3000 calories in an hour type binge problem. It's nothing to eat 20 cookies in a row.  Or six giant cinnamon rolls I was supposed to take to a party. On paleo I can't eat more than a chicken breast at a time. When I first went low carb,  I cried when I realized that I'd never been full in 30 years.
