Sometime after midnight - 2 lbs. of grapes  ???

b-fast - 5 egg whites & 1 whole egg fried

lunch - 1 lb. ground turkey 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup spinach avocado

dinner - chicken curry; chicken thighs, red chili pepper, lemongrass, ginger, shallot, lime, cumin, coriander, black pepper, onion, garlic, coconut milk, carrots, broccoli, spinach

Mmm! That chicken curry sounds like the bomb dot com!  ;D
It turned out quite well if I do say so myself.

workout in the rain/snow

B-fast - 5 egg whites & 1 whole egg fried, avocado

Lunch - 1 lb. ground turkey 1/2 cup spinach, 1/2 cup broccoli

Dinner - 2 lbs. roasted beef (super lean) 2 handfuls of walnuts.

P.S. I got hungry right before bed. I added 1 lb of broiled salmon to leftover curry with 1 chic. thigh left. Reheated and ate it. Maybe the walnuts weren't enough fat to add to the exceptionally lean beef?

B-fast - Coffee, 5 egg whites & 1 whole egg fried, avocado

Lunch - 1 lb. turkey (ground dark meat), 1 cup spinach, 1/2 cup cauliflower

Dinner - 2/3 of a roasted chicken.

6:00 a.m.- water, coffee, banana
6;30 a.m.- workout
7:30 a.m. - 5 egg whites 1 whole egg fried, avocado, 1/2 pineapple
10:00 a.m. - bike ride
11:30 am. - 1 lb. rock fish, apple, orange, a few blackberries, a few blueberries, handful of walnuts
1:30 p.m. - hike
4:30 p.m. - massage
6:30 p.m. - orange, handful of walnuts
9:00 p.m. - roast beef 3 lbs. ?

coffee - extra boost to go out and ride in some nasty weather
bike ride

2 8oz. hamburgers handful of grapes orange

a roasted chicken minus one quarter

P.S. Woke up in the middle of the night again and ate a bunch of grapes and a couple of oranges.

Ride

B-fast- 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, fried in beef fat, 1/4 cantaloupe, 1/2 pineapple

Lunch- 1.5 lbs. of chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli

Dinner- 2 lbs. of baked salmon, 1/2 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup cauliflower
