Day 10:
Brunch:
Coffee (This is a bad habit I'm trying to cut back on)
Bison filet & Salsa
Granny Smith Apple
Organic Non Sweetened Pomegranate & Black Cherry Juice
Multivitamin

Snacks:
Handful of Almonds
Granny Smith Apple
Water All Day

Dinner:
Water
Homemade No Salt Tomato Soup/Garlic/Crushed Red Pepper
Hot Applesauce

Yikes:  Just noticed I didn't have any greens today!    :-\


Day 11:
Breakfast:
Coffee
Blueberries & Almonds

Lunch:
Turkey Patties
Spinach
Salsa

Dinner:
Gogi Berries
Cup of Pomegrante Juice
Spinach
Salmon with Orange-Honey Marinade
Multi Vitamin

Day 12
Breakfast:
Coffee
Raw Almonds
pomegranate/black cherry juice
Gogi Berries

Lunch
Eggplant
Tomatoes
Spinach

Snacks
Apple
Blueberries
Eggplant
Multi Vitamin

Dinner - Ate out at BBQ style restaurant's
Chicken breast - threw away bun
Green Beans (I know, it's a legume)
2 Glasses of Red Wine - Strange enough the wine made me feel like crap the rest of the night.  I had problems sleeping.

Day 13:
Breakfast:
Coffee
Walnuts
Blue Berries
Gogi Berries
Cup of Juice
Multi Vitamin

Lunch:
Applesauce
Eggplant & Amy's Low Sodium Organic Tomato Sauce
Baby Carrots

Snack:
Apples
Walnuts

Dinner:
2 turkey patties with salsa
Spinach & garlic

I gave up beer.  It is harder to give up coffee

I'd totally agree with you there - I gave up alcohol almost three years ago, after I got really fed up with unsuccessfully trying to moderate my intake, and sick to death of hangovers (I'd always been a pretty heavy drinker from my mid-teens onwards....)!

Coffee on the other hand........
I've stopped drinking it many times only to start back on it again, usually when I'm run down or life is really busy.

Maybe it's because coffee is more socially acceptable to drink around the clock - No one gets fired for turning up to work smelling of coffee, or has their kids taken into care because of a 'serious coffee habit'!

That said when I do drink coffee regularly I find it gives me huge energy swings and mood swings that go from manic to lethargic within a shortish space of time.....
