1 glass of orange juice

Lunch: 1 piece of barbecued brisket
1 gulp of sugar-free lemonade (straight from the carton!)

Dinner: 2 steak burritos
Large Mountain Dew

Went to Applebee's for dinner with my fiancee and her brother. I couldn't resist any longer - I wanted a beer. Haven't had one since I started eating Paleo. Being of Irish descent, I had Guinness.

Dinner: Mini chicken sandwiches
2 22oz glasses of Guinness draught

Had a bunch of friends over for a Memorial Day BBQ. I made a lot of food - there were no leftovers.

Dinner: Chorizo
Barbecued sirloin steak
BBQ spare ribs
Macaroni salad
A LOT of beer

I was hung over, and in need of some greasy food to fill my stomach.

Breakfast: Spicy Scrambled Eggs

Lunch: 1 cheeseburger
Large Coke

Went to my fiancee's brother's house for a BBQ.

Dinner: 1 cheeseburger
Sausage and peppers
Macaroni salad
A few small cups of Coke

Got home, and I was still hungry. My fiancee didn't really eat at the BBQ, so she was hungry too. We went to the supermarket to get some food.

More dinner: Macaroni and cheese
1 bottle of water

Had my fiancee's brother and his fiancee over to swim at our apartment complex. We have a large Olympic-sized pool available to us.

Lunch: Turkey, pepperoni and provolone sandwich w/ mayo
2 cans of Mountain Dew (they have new flavors - I had to try them)

Dinner: 3 barbecued pork spare ribs
A couple ABTs - Atomic Buffalo Turds (cheese and sausage-stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon, then smoked)
A piece of barbecued chorizo
2 cans of Mountain Dew

They taste great! The smoke really mellows out the heat of the pepper for those who don't like spicy food (I'm not one of them - the hotter the better!).
