- oh so bad.. I ate at a breakfast place with a co-worker

Dinner
- tonight is Lost so we got really lazy and decided to order.. dun dun dun!
Pizza.
Not a great day for me, but I have the entire weekend meals planned out. That should hopefully make up for the pain I'm feeling right now. Hurts so good!

I know! They are very impressive. I had never made anything with nut flour/meal, so I didn't know what to expect. The texture/density reminds me of my mom's zucchini bread.

Dried apricots and sultanas are really nice with chicken, especially if you use curry seasoning.

Sultanas are just like raisins only made from white grapes, so they are a lovely golden color and very sweet and juicy. They might call them something else in America. (I live in New Zealand.)

I don't know if it's the recipe she's using, but I posted an Italian Wedding Soup recipe over in my huge long recipe thread. I think it's an American invention, and not Italian at all. It's basically meatballs and escarole or spinach simmered in chicken stock.

Yes! It is kallyn's indeed. I used swiss chard in mine. It was very delicious... my boyfriend agreed. I think I might make a double batch next time!!
