Yea, ramjah is exactly what rentawitch found it to be. It's not paleo in that it is beans, but everything else in the recipe I made paleo. I don't completely rule out beans, but I don't use them much. Next time I may try to make ramjah with diced chicken! I bet that'd be delicious AND paleo.

Tuesday
Breakfast
Hard boiled egg
Trail mix - pistachios, almonds, walnuts, cranberries, sultanas (about 1/4c or less)

Lunch
Salad - same as yesterday pretty much
Beef Jerky
Banana

Dinner
Grilled Chicken
Steamed Zucchini
Salad

Dessert = Happy Fat Tuesday!
1 slice king cake

I am finally below 160lbs!! I saw 159.2 on my scale this morning. It's a great feeling.

Wowie, it's been almost a month since I last posted. This wedding planning is consuming my life!! I have been eating really well, though. I feel wonderful and I've been working out lately. Getting married is a very strong motivator.... I want to look smashing in my dress! :) (Not to mention during my beach honeymoon...)

Here's today's food:

Breakfast
Hard Boiled Egg
Blueberries

Snack: Banana

Lunch
Swedish Meatballs + a few noodles (I had a craving for meat and this was available in the cafeteria...)
Salad - Greens, pulled pork, carrot, red pepper, grape tomatoes, EVOO, Balsamic

Tonight I think we are grilling some chicken breasts and chicken sausage. Mmmmm!! Before that, though, I am meeting a friend at her house and going for a run. Yay!

I ran/walked 3.38 miles in about 45 minutes.

Dinner
1/2 Grilled Turkey Brat
1/2 Grilled Chicken Sausage
1/2 Grilled Chicken Breast
Edamame Salad

Snack
Banana
Dried Apricots and cranberries
Pork Jerky
Handful of Almonds

Just joined a boot camp and weightloss challenge with my work! We've been lazy in our workouts and eating lately so the motivation is great. Once the 8 weeks is over, I will return to Crossfit and do the general 3 on, 1 off, 2 on, 1 off.

Tuesday
Breakfast
Scramble - 2 eggs, mushrooms, onions, green pepper

Lunch
Tikka Masala Chicken
Tahini marinated salad - shredded cucumber, cabbage, carrot

Snack
Carrot Chips & snap peas (raw)

Workout
1 hr Boot Camp

Dinner
Leftover Korean food (chunchun chicken galbi) - small portion
2 prunes
Spaghetti Squash
Pad Thai Chicken w/ mushroom, shredded carrot, onion, pepper

Wednesday
Breakfast
Hard-boiled Egg
Blackberries
Coffee w/almond milk (unsweet) and stevia

Lunch
Pad Thai w/Spaghetti Squash
Slaw
Grapes - Green and Black

Snack
Salad - Greens, Pepper, Grape Tomatoes, Curried Chicken, Oil and Balsamic
Grapes

Workout
1 hr Boot Camp

Dinner
1/2 Pork Chop Marinated in unsweetened guava-pineapple juice, ginger and EVOO
1/2 Turkey Burger w/Romaine Wrap
Mashed Parsnips (amazing source of fiber and other nutrients... and a great alternative to potato)

The spam thing happens to me sometimes too. It's usually certain words. We'd have to get Eric's word on this one

The post is still there though, it just needs to be OK'd by Eric before it becomes visible.
The answer to your question is 'eat more fat'.

Stop counting calories. If you are eating Paleo, there is usually no need.

If you are having weight loss issues, it'd be a good idea to start posting a detailed food journal, then everyone can help.

'Anecdotal Evidence' is an oxymoron.
