Day 12 - am I eating the good stuff?

I have posted details elsewhere, so will be brief on my goals. Am 41; 6ft 1 and was 223 pounds. After 11 days, now 209. Initial goal is to get down to 186 and to improve energy levels.

Yesterday, I ate:

Breakfast: a pint of water
Lunch: a few berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries); a couple of handfuls of mixed seeds and nuts (no peanuts)
Evening feast: sirloin steak (medium rare); a large bowl of steamed veg (broccoli, cauliflower, kale, spinach, cabbage and leek)

Breakfast: a pint of water
lunch: same nuts/seeds/berries as yesterday
Evening feast: chicken legs (with skin); king prawns; same steamed veg as yesterday

Would really appreciate your feedback thoughts...

Looks quite good to me.  Eventually you will want more fat at dinner, but that's not necessary as long as you have fat on your body that you want to burn instead!
