So, starting a food journal for a while so I can see if I'm doing this right! No weight to lose, in fact I wouldn't mind putting on weight at 133 lb 5 7'' height (male, 22). Primarily doing this for anxiety, twitching, muscle spasms and recently heavy brain fog and light-headedness. Spent the last week and a half pretty low carb, one serving of grains/day max to clear the fridge out. ANxiety feeling a lot better already actually.

Today is the first day all paleo.

Note: I have food intolerances to eggs and coconut..and possibly chicken- I noticed it gave me headaches after eating it on a few occasions, but not always.. But I will likely expirement with these foods, starting with coconut milk.

Sept 5:

Breakfast: Salmon fillet, 1/2 a boiled yam, cucumber and alfalfa sprout salad w/ olive oil drizzled on top.

Snack: Banana.

Lunch: Leftover ground turkey (200-250 grams approx) mix with carrot, zucchini, kale, seasoned with italian herbs.

Snack: Cashews ( I believe these are largely considered not paleo, but have a small bag left, so I'm going to finish them.)

Dinner: Steamed cabbage, carrot, kale with 1 can of tuna, and 1/2 a boiled yam.

Snack: Apple

Second snack(still quite hungry): Whipped together a can of tuna and some sprouts with a spoon of coconut oil to try and fill up. realized tuna is low in fat so not the best filler option. Got no meat in the house except tuna though so I'll have to wait for tomorrow to shop. Hungry..

Day 2

Felt pretty lethargic and out of it today...terrible brain fog. Heaviness in chest a little worse, but much better then it's been in the past. Loose, frequent stools.

Breakfast: Banana, apple, some blueberries, with 250ml coconut milk.

Lunch: Ham steak (350g...delicious, maybe not so healthy...nitrates and all), salad of cucumber, sprouts, mushroom, with steamed kale and zucchini.

Snack: Banana, Brazil nuts.

Snack 2: 150 ml coconut milk, a few blueberries. (suspected my body doesn't like the coconut milk so much as I'd guessed, so wanted to finish it off instead of waiting till tomorrow like I planned originally)

Dinner: Ground beef (200g), cooked with carrot, celery, kale, onion, garlic, chili powder. Served on steamed cabbage.

Day 3

Even more brain fog and fatigue than yesterday, feel like I've been hit in the head! Also just in the past 20 mins I'm getting sharp pains in my chest when I breathe in which are somewhat frightening...

Pre breakfast: Banana, with a cup of mocha mint tea.

Breakfast:Ground beef (200g), cooked with carrot, celery, kale, onion, garlic, chili powder. Served on steamed cabbage (yep, dinner for breakfast).

Snack: Pear

Lunch: 4 chicken thighs, with skin and tons of fat! Squash, steamed kale and a carrot.

Snack: Apple, brazil nuts

Dinner: Basa fillet, left-over steamed kale, carrot, and squash.
