How much water are you drinking?
To lose weight I would cut out nut products 100%. And I would stick to whole eggs, not just the whites, as the fat is your friend as counter-intuitive as it may sounds. Eat at least 2 full meals per day. Avoid dairy and fruit if able.

I didn't realize how many calories where in veggies. I''m counting them from now on until I get the hang of eating like this.
