Elena's Pantry's "Stuffed Peppers" look awesome... I'm making those when I get access to a kitchen.
-And I miss my mini-crock pot for beef stews...

Good job, man! How close are you to your target body fat %?

I don't know what my target is. I want to see a 6 or an 8 pack. If I can just stop cheating or my addiction to jelly bellys, swedish fish, licorice, and late night ice cream, I think I can lean out.

Each week I get closer in eliminating my addictions. I have eaten this stuff all my life. I was a 6-can diet coke zero a day person and now I don't drink it at all. I was eating two snickers and 3 musketeers every morning, and now I don't eat them. I can pass up dessert at work now. I can bring money to work and it doesn't end up in the candy machine.

It takes time. I'll get there.

Yeah, my ultimate goal has always been a solid six pack as well (and I don't mean of Coke Zero).  Anyways, you have come such a long way if you were crushing 2-3 candy bars in the morning....  Fortunately, my "sweet tooth" wasn't at that level, but about two years back I would destroy a king-size snickers before bed every night, haha.
In order to get that six pack, I switch up cardio-workouts with strength days (about 5 days a week).
-I'm going to add "weight crunches" into my strength routine soon (holding a weight).

Have you seen Mark Sisson and his wife at Mark's Daily Apple? That guy is in his 50s. I want to look like that in my 40s.

BTW, Robb Wolf's book: Paleolithic Solution came out this week. Check it out on Amazon. I pre-ordered it, but I haven't recieved it yet. It allows you to look at some of the inside pages and contents.

It's already out: September 14th. Amazon says that mine was shipped and I should get it on Sept. 20th. I have been listening to Robb Wolf's Podcast since January. He currently has 45 podcasts on iTunes. He's very smart when it comes to nutrition.

I still haven't read Good Calories, Bad Calories.  I'm pretty sure I am going to buy both of those books really soon, I just have so much academic stuff to deal with on a daily basis... Heh...  I'll most likely buy them late October.
