Thanks Zensenji!
I decided since I am no longer running until my knee recovers, I am going to start eating just once a day. I'll eat both lunch and dinner together. I have been bringing a jumbo Igloo cooler to work for over 10 years and I usually eat my lunch and dinner there. I usually don't get home until about 6:30pm and that's too late for my wife to eat. Yesterday and today, I just combine my two meals. I like to mix things up.

I was allowing Paleo + Dairy (Cheese) and the dairy was not working for me. Also, I have been eating ice cream almost every evening for the past two years, but staying low carb paleo during the day. I am on my 5th day without ice cream. <-That's a record.

The Kryptonite won. I am still staying away from the candy, but I still eat ice cream. It is my only vice. I started the Warrior Diet on Monday, so I am on Day 3. I am still Paleo with no cheese or other dairy except the ice cream (ice cream is not paleo for the Newbies). My knee finally healed and I am back to running again. I get home about 6-6:30pm. I either run or work out with weights and then I eat about 8pm. I eat about 1-2 pounds of meat and veggies and then 2-4 servings of all-natural Breyers (ice cream is not paleo for you Newbies). That is all I eat until the next night at 8pm. I've had a sweet tooth all my life. If I can just stay away from the alcohol on the weekends, I can probably make progress instead of fluctuating between 150-155lbs. I am always at 155 on Mondays and 150 on Fridays. I make poor food choices (gluten foods) when I drink.
