I eat about 1500 cals a day but I'm only 5'1'' and do not exercise nearly on the level that you do. I was going to say that 1800cals looks like too little, not too much! 17% bf is pretty damn lean for a woman as well I'd probably say, if you're going to eat more cals, make them meat cals. More nutrients
